Threaded inserts

Threaded inserts allow to obtain reliable and resistant anchorages in the presence of materials with thin thicknesses. The laying may be done blindly, on pieces accessible from one side only, and it can be accelerated with the use of pneumatic equipments.

Inserts for each application

We offer a wide range of threaded inserts to solve any application. For a correct combination to basic structures, the production includes a line in steel zinc-plated, a line in aluminum and a line in stainless steel. It is recommended to always drill 0.10 mm more than the outer diameter of the insert and to always check that the selected insert is compatible with the thickness of the base material. The hexagonal insert solves the problem of the rotation while you screw the bolt.
