You struggle to get certificates from your supplier? When you finally receive them they’re botched copies in incomprehensible languages?
This doesn’t happen in FIXI LAB. Over the last few years the FIXI Group has set up a simple laboratory but very effective. Internally we can carry out tensile and shear testing and issue all the necessary documents. Our machine is connected to a PC which reproduces the performances on a graph.
DYNAMOMETER
Double column motorized force gauges test stands.
DUROMETER
Rockwell bench hardness tester to measure the hardness of our fastening systems. The integrated printer releases all the necessary information in real- time.
PROFILES PROJECTOR
Vertical profile projector with integrated printer to check grooves, thread pitches and angles in a precise and unequivocal way.
Soon the FIXI Lab will also have to make room for a machine for measuring the thicknesses of surface treatments. To date, the customer receives the original certificate from our surface treatment subcontractor (on demand), but for a thorough check of incoming goods, it is very useful to have this instrument internally.
Furthermore, if the customer needs all the documentation to be certified by a third party, the FIXI Group is in constant collaboration with an accredited laboratory.
